Gain Hands-On Experience in Entertainment and Media
ACOPIA provides a platform for individuals passionate about video production, marketing, and entertainment management to gain real-world experience. Intern responsibilities include:
- Filming and producing K-pop music videos
- K-pop cultural planning and event management
- Serving as a video supervisor for “Multicultural Society Good World,” an official Korean theater company
- Social media promotions and online engagement
Free Korean Language Classes
Interns receive free daily Korean language classes, both online and offline, through ACOPIA’s accredited language school, which has been operating since 2012. One-on-one tutoring and group classes are also available to enhance your language skills.
International Exchange and Networking Opportunities

Who Can Apply For the ACOPIA (Kpop) Internship?

ACOPIA welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds who are:
- High school, university, or graduate students
- Proficient in English (Business level)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, video editing, marketing, web design, or digital communication
- Interested in Entertainment Management
- Able to work independently and collaborate with a diverse team
Internship Details
- Start Date: Open enrollment, positions filled on a first-come, first-served basis
- Duration: 1 to 12 months (Minimum 3 months for internships between September and February)
- Location: Acopia Lounge, near Hongik University Station (Exit 3), a 5-minute walk
Program Fees
- Administrative Fee: $100 (one-time payment via PayPal)
- Accommodation & Training Fee: $400 per month (10% discount if paid in full upfront)
- Utility Fee: $100 per month (waived after 3 months)
- Internship Guidance Fee: $200 per month (if choosing external accommodation, 10% discount if paid upfront)

Founded in 1999, the Asia Hope Camp Organization (ACOPIA) initially focused on Korea-Japan exchange programs.
Since expanding globally in 2012, ACOPIA has welcomed interns from 33 countries, including the U.S., France, and Japan. As of December 2023, ACOPIA continues to foster international collaboration through cultural and educational initiatives.
