Customer Service Representative – (Knowledge of Kpop is a plus)

Provide general office support at our warehouse located in Alhambra. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: customer support, answering/directing phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting warehouse manager.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have your own means of transportation
• Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills; ability to take initiative 
• Excellent communication skills, BOTH written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Previous experience in customer care/support is a plus
• Flexible schedule and work hours
• Knowledge of KPOP is a plus
