Overseeing and conducting sales at our store located in Katy Location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: supervising general operations of store, staff management, inventory upkeep/tracking, maintaining store displays/cleanliness, organizing work schedules, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must work 6 days per week, including holidays
- Must have your own means of transportation
- Must have 1-2 years managerial experience
- Organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to take initiative in executing and delegating store tasks, as well as multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to assist with customer queries and complaints
- Skills with staff management, stock control, and customer service
- Help carry out directives of manager and owner
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing growth business operation
- Monitoring and motivating staff
- Ensuring good customer service
- Hiring and training employees
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Improving sales
- Generating reports and giving presentations
- Managing inventories and help with ordering the merchandise
- Keep store organized and constantly changing in display
- Delivery of merchandise and products from the warehouse to the Katy location (daily)
