This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a collectibles or music retail setting and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our store runs smoothly. From managing inventory and fulfilling orders to supporting events and creating engaging social media content, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations. Whether you’re helping customers in-store or behind the scenes organizing shipments, your attention to detail and enthusiasm will make a big impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and fulfill online and in-store orders for customers worldwide.
- Support daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.
- Organize and manage inventory, including unpacking shipments and preparing merchandise for display and shipment.
- Assist with in-store merchandising and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Help set up and take down events, creating immersive experiences for customers.
- Contribute to TikTok and Instagram Reels to showcase key products and highlight the store experience.
- Engage with local community events, pop-ups, and promotions to connect with customers.
- Provide flexible support during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and special promotions.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1+ years of experience in office, retail, or warehouse settings, with a focus on customer support.
- Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable using inventory software, databases, and shipping processes.
- Enjoy connecting with customers and providing excellent service, whether in-store or online.
- Are familiar with creating social media content (bonus points if you’ve worked with TikTok or Reels).
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional merchandise transfers).
- Live in the Denver metro area and are flexible with evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules.
