Spotify is looking for a team member for our Growth team under the Early Career Program! Early Career Program is an immersive 24-month program (2 year contract) that brings early career talent in South Korea to Spotify to learn about the audio business.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and roll out the growth strategy with the goal of driving subscriber growth in South Korea market
- Engage free users and convert as many as possible to paying subscribers
- You will implement marketing campaigns on owned media channels to drive subscriber growth across the Spotify Premium portfolio and/or engage current free users
- Partner the team during brainstorming to planning, briefing, asset creation, asset trafficking throughout owned channels (email, in-app notifications, etc.), campaign analysis, and overall project management
- You should understand customer, industry, and competitor trends/behaviours within the region
- Additionally, you will optimize subscriber growth along the whole conversion funnel – from direct marketing to conversion, migration and retention
- You work with global internal teams and selected external partners to drive those initiatives
- You will work closely with other teams, such as consumer marketing, artist and label partnerships teams
Who You Are
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Media Studies
- You have ideally worked on digital marketing campaigns before
- Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and carrying out things yourself
- We’re looking for self-starters who want to get things done and don’t wait for others to do the job
- You are some experience using tools to analyze, test, and implement online marketing activities (e.g. Google Analytics, email management/CRM) but more importantly have a keen interest in working hands-on implementing projects
- Fluent in Korean and English
- You are comfortable working remotely from other team members, but even so, manage to stay in sync and influence internal partners by being an excellent communicator
Where You’ll Be
- This position will be based in Seoul, South Korea
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
